There is no door charge to enter the gaming area. You do not need any sort of paid membership either. What you absolutely must have is valid government-issued ID showing you are at least 19 years old. Staff check this consistently at access points, and they will turn you away without it.
Poker Room
The dedicated poker room runs on a continuous schedule, day and night. Cash games at different limits are usually in motion, and the room also puts on scheduled tournaments. Quite a few venues talk about full-time poker, but the tables are not always there.

In the Fraser Valley, that mix of facilities is still not particularly common.
Overnight stays are booked through Coast Hotels, not through the casino cage. The gaming side of the operation runs on its own track, with separate staff and scheduling. Food and drink are worked into the resort layout. There is a buffet restaurant, the Glacier Bar, and a couple of additional food and beverage outlets on site. None of the restaurants keep the same 24/7 hours as the gaming floor. It is worth checking the specific opening times before you plan a late-night meal. Turning up at two in the morning and expecting a full buffet spread usually ends in disappointment.
